Our website, Backseat Border Collie operates pretty democratically. Everyone here has a pretty strong influence in what goes into the content.
Here are the masterminds behind all this border collie related awesomeness!
Baby
Director of Barketing
There’s no bones about it; we all know who’s really the star of the show. Baby is our Barketing Director and the inspiration for the website. She’s also in charge of physical fitness, ensuring that we break regularly for play time.
Becky
Lead Editor (Boss)
Becky is the official “boss” of BSBC, which really means that she does most of the work. She’s in charge of making sure all of our border collie information is correct. She’s also responsible for potty breaks and making sure Eric does work occasionally.
Eric
Technical Stuff
Eric is the guy behind the scenes making things run smoothly. He’s responsible for spending hours figuring out something that should have taken ten minutes. He also contributes content (mostly by posing for pictures with the dog). He’s an expert Frisbee tosser and long distance tennis ball thrower.
What's Backseat Border Collie All About?
All joking aside, we’ve put our heart, soul, and slobber into this site. As soon as we laid eyes on our border collie, we knew how special she was. As we searched for information online, we found much of it was lacking. There are countless websites dedicated to teaching sheepdogs how to herd. But information on training border collies, one of the most high energy breeds, to live in an urban environment was difficult to find.
Another important part of BSBC is sharing what we’ve learned and how we’ve grown together as a family. Our lives are different from most. We work from home, spending countless hours on client advertising accounts and websites. We really wanted to create a website about one of the best rewards in life; getting to share it with a border collie!
Not only do we want to share our experiences (and awesome photos), we want to hear about yours! Backseat Border Collie is a showcase for border collie love!
